COVID Information and Policy

Covid has applied much pressure to guests, staff and the site owner.  However, rather than reduce site availability still further by remaining closed we have chosen to open our site including our toilets and shower area.  This though is only possible with help and support from your good selves.

In order to try to assist and support everyone on site we are providing you with some guidelines which we ask you to adhere to whilst on site with us.  Obviously, things are changing on an ongoing basis so we will inform you of any developments that may occur during your visit with us.

We truly hope that you enjoy your stay with us, and rest assured that we will do anything within our power to make it a good one for you.

If you require anything during your stay either: ask us directly; text us on 07739737602 or message us on our Maesymeillion Farm Camping and Caravan Site Page.

Simple issues that help us to help you enjoy your stay with us:

  • Maintain social distancing of 2 metres at all times whilst on site, and around other people.

  • Please park your vans, caravans, motorhomes, tents and cars at least 2 metres away from other people.

  • When emptying your toilet waste or grey water please do so when other people are not in the same area.

  • Showers and toilets are available on site, but we ask that due to Covid 19 and our busiest period that you are considerate of both other people’s needs and the need for staff to clean showers after use.

  • Public areas have been closed in line with Welsh Government Guidelines.

  • An area is available for cooking, washing up and sitting down to eat we ask that you put on masks when entering this room unless you are eating or drinking and that you adhere to the 2 meter distance when inside.

  • If we experience heavy rain, please park your vehicles on the hard standing where indicated.

  • No walking around the site, please remain on the camping field or allocated area.

  • Dog walkers can utilise a dedicated area for walking their animals, this will be made clear to you upon your arrival.

  • In the event of anyone in your group/family showing signs of Covid 19 (see Government information), please ring 07739 737 602 so a member of staff can advise you of what steps to take.  See also our Covid 19 Policy.

  • If anyone on site exhibits any signs of Covid 19, all groups/individuals/families will be informed of the fact and staff will provide you with instructions regarding isolation.

  • Please wash any cups, plates, cutlery etc that belongs to the site and leave on draining boards for staff to deal with.

  • Use common sense on site and when out and about so that you can enjoy your holiday peacefully and without illness.
