WIFI & Mobile Phone Signals

The beauty of Maesymeillion Farm Camp Site is the fact that it is located in a rural setting inland from Aberaeron and Newquay.

The unfortunate drawback of being located rurally is the fact that we do not get cable internet or some phone signals at all areas around the site. It can be a bit of a treasure hunt when you arrive to find the best positions to get a signal.

We have been able to use 3G, 4G and 5G depending upon where on the site you are trying to use your phone. Dont despair as we are on hand to point you in the right direction.

Our internet is somewhat antiquated to say the least. It can drop in and out with the weather and alike. We do provide passwords to people who wish to use it but please do not rely on it. McDonalds in Aberystwyth do operate and open link should you wish to download batches of documents/information.

We hope that not having WIFI and strong mobile phone coverage does not deter you from staying with us.

We have been told that some people love the fact that signals can drift in and out as it means they are not so easily available and that the children spend more time talking and playing games instead of a head buried in a phone.
